Please! I strongly encourage clients to attend. It gives you hours to explore the home, ask questions in real time, and walk away with a clear understanding of what's in the report before you even read it. When you're there, the report becomes a helpful reminder of what I discussed rather than an overwhelming document you're reading cold.

That's okay too! I can work with remote clients. After you review the report, we can schedule a call or virtual meeting to talk through the inspection findings and answer all of your questions.

Most homes take approximately 2-4 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property and how much time I spend talking through findings. I will not rush for any reason. I stay until the home is thoroughly covered and all of your questions are answered.
